Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee that a particular unit is available. Your rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.

Reservations, payments, and tenant accounts

Online reservations, payments, and tenant account management are handled in our storage management portal, which is provided by a third party and displayed on this site for your convenience. Your use of that portal is also subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy. Rates, fees, taxes, and any protection upgrades are presented during checkout.

Content protection

Content protection described on this site is included up to $2,000 with no deductible on a covered loss, with optional increases available at checkout. Coverage is subject to the terms, limits, and exclusions of the protection plan documents provided with your rental agreement.

Prohibited items

You may not store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or anything unlawful. Contact us if you have a question about a specific item.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, submit false information, misuse our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Nevada law, BreathEZ Self Storage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under your signed rental agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
